SunEarth was incorporated in California in May 1978. From the beginning, the company focused on the engineering and manufacture of solar water heating technology rather than treating solar thermal as an accessory to another business.
That specialization has shaped the company ever since.
Over the decades, SunEarth has expanded its capabilities through product development, strategic acquisitions, manufacturing investment and partnerships with major names in the water-heating and energy industries. Technologies brought into the SunEarth portfolio; including SunBurst absorber manufacturing and CopperHeart integral collector storage, became part of a product lineage that continues to influence the systems the company supports today.
