The ThermoRay Series has everything that professional contractors demand in a solar collector: Sleek appearance, high performance, versatility, ease of installation, and rugged field-tested durability.

SunEath’s ThermoRay Series collectors have over FOUR DECADES of engineering and design experience built into every product. The ThermoRay Series collector defines quality and value in the North American market.

Solar Thermal Harnesses More Solar Energy Than Solar PV

Solar thermal heating systems operate with spacial efficiency that can exceed 70% by collecting heat from the sun, this results in solar thermal heatng systems opeating at effeciency levels that are  three to four times that of solar PV systems.

WATER HEATING PROTECTION

Innovative installation practices go hand in hand with innovative products and the Islander, SunEarth’s most recent addition to its hot water station lineup, is nothing short of innovative. The Islander is known for performance, longevity, and ease of installation that’s guaranteed to satisfy the professional installer.

Now it is also known for it's newest feature - the addition of a Water Heater Filter. OUR HOT WATER FILTERS ARE HOUSINGS FOR FILTRATION AND TREATMENT OF HOT WATER UP TO 80°C.

Why add a Water Heater Filter to The Islander HWS?

The local water quality is one of the factors that contributes most significantly to the long-term performance and longevity of water heating equipment. Specifically, highly alkaline water will lead to the accumulation of scale, which will impact the efficiency of tankless and gas storage water heaters and can lead to decreased equipment life. Conversely, soft water increases the risk of corrosion, which can decrease equipment life by more than half if not properly mitigated. Increasing the lifetime of water heaters can improve the cost-effectiveness and increase the amount of savings achieved by an efficient water heater investment.

The Last Frontier: Solutions for Fossil-Fuel-Free Domestic Hot Water
Friday, August 14, 2020 - 11:00am to 12:00pm

Natural gas moratoriums, consumer demand for fossil-fuel-free homes, Passive House standards: these are among the many reasons why people are increasingly opting for domestic hot water systems powered by renewables. As improved energy codes drive down heating loads, soon the largest load in the home won’t be heating or cooling; it will be the domestic hot water system. This session will explore the options for fossil-fuel-free domestic hot water, achievable in nearly all projects, single family to high-rise, in both new construction and retrofits.
